The resort is beautifully planted with palm trees, plants, and various colorful flowers. It has a large communal swimming pool with a waterfall, outdoor shower, outdoor toilet, various seating areas, plenty of luxury sunbeds, and even seats in the pool to enjoy a drink. Next to the pool, there is a BBQ with dining table and chairs for general use. In the evenings the pool is beautifully lit and the resort has a very cozy atmosphere.
You can reach the beach of Jan Thiel, Zanzibar, Papagayo within 5 minutes by car and there are various shops, supermarkets, and restaurants in the vicinity.

The apartments in Cocobana Resort are fully furnished! In addition, each apartment has a washing machine, hot water boiler, air conditioners, dishwasher, and combi microwave.

Cocobana Resort is located in the villa district of Kas Grandi (next to Jan Sofat, Seru Boca Estate, Jan Thiel, and Brakkeput). Only 5 minutes away from the beaches of Caracas Bay and Jan Thiel Beach.
Rental pool and rental
The apartments can be rented out for the short and long term. All short-term rental income is put into the rental pool and distributed pro rata, regardless of the occupancy of the specific apartment.

Cas Grandi Curacao (“large house”) is situated on the South East side of Curacao, known as “Banda Ariba”.
The neighbourhood Cas Grandi is situated just 15 minutes from downtown Willemstad and approx. 30 minutes by car from Hato airport. It is easy accessible by car and the closest beach can be reached in 10 minutes.
Cas Grandi is situated on a hill next to Spanish Water Lagoon. Therefore many homes have a beautiful view of the famous Tafelberg. The elevated lots also enjoy a nice cool breeze.
