Because each villa has its own private pool, you can also enjoy the peace and privacy at this resort when you stay here by yourself.

The resort has a total of 6 semi-detached villas of which 4 are currently still available. The villas are built in steps so you have the same beautiful view from each villa.

3 of these villas have a living area of 287.5 m2 divided into 2 floors. On level 1 you enter the living room which is nicely finished with a closet wall and in it space for the television. In the same area to the right of the living room is the luxury kitchen located with built-in Miele/Siemens appliances.

When you walk through the sliding doors that can be completely opened you come to the covered terrace where the spacious private pool is located. Because of the beautifully designed sloping wall between the two villas the view remains the same for all villas and you also have the desired privacy. On this terrace (approx. 58 m2) is of course also room for a dining table, cozy sitting area, in addition to the already present outdoor kitchen which runs through from the kitchen inside. In this outdoor kitchen, of course, a BBQ should not be missing.

To the left of the living room you will find bedroom 1 with en suite bathroom and nicely integrated walk-in closet. All bathrooms are equipped with Creavit sanitary ware of the highest quality.

Floor 2 can be reached by stairs down from the side of the kitchen. Here you will find 2 large bedrooms, each of which also has an en-suite bathroom and a nicely integrated walk-in closet. 1 of these bedrooms also has a smaller private terrace (approx. 20 m2). Of course, all bedrooms, like the living room/kitchen are also equipped with an inverter air conditioner which, in addition to wind, can provide sufficient cooling.

A technical room will be created on the first floor where the air conditioners, among other things, will exit. In addition, there will be a false pipe where wires could run through if one chooses to have solar panels installed.

As mentioned, there is also another villa available with a living area of 337.5 m2. This villa has the same layout as the other 3 villas, but this one additionally has access to a 50 m2 basement. Also in this villa is a person elevator to easily move from floor to floor. The basement can be arranged as you wish, for example a gym or a men's cave. Everything is possible!

Each villa has access to at least 1 parking space. Of course, a luxury villa like this should not lack a videophone with Gira switching equipment. This way you can immediately see who is visiting and let them in from home.
