Joost Houtsma is co-owner of RE/MAX BonBini Curaçao and its affiliated companies, and a specialized real estate agent for both local and international property investors. He advises clients on acquiring investment properties in Curaçao, combining attractive returns with the option for personal use.
With a background in taxation, he supports investors not only from a commercial perspective, but also with fiscal and legal guidance, ensuring a secure and confident investment process.
