At the front of the house is a covered porch that provides access to the living space. From the living room, you enter the large kitchen which is fully equipped. Wooden shutters have been placed in the kitchen that you can open completely so that you have an open bar to the pool. Along the kitchen is a storage room with a connection for the washing machine.
Through the hall, you come to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has an ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom with a toilet and shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Below the ground floor is another fully equipped one-bedroom apartment with a nice terrace and a view over the garden.
Furthermore, the house has a carport and double garage. There is 220v throughout the house.
