Hans Vervoord and his wife Margriet started the RE/MAX BonBini real estate office in Curacao in 2006 and they know the island and its neighborhoods inside-out. Hans and Margriet can put their insider knowledge to work to help you select the best home for your family’s needs. Our specialization is in the high end of the market and Hans is a certified member of ‘The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’.
Over the past years Team Vervoord has used the latest internet marketing tools to expose Curacao properties to the widest possible range of qualified buyers. We sold homes to buyers from all over the world. Our specialty areas are Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort and Resort Rif St. Marie.

After our contact with Hans Vervoord of RE/MAX at the “Second Home Fair” in the Netherlands in September of 2009 we set up an appointment with RE/MAX for seeing a number of houses in November of 2009 on the island of Curaçao. When we went over to Curaçao, Hans spared no efforts in showing us houses at many locations all over the island for 4 days in a row. On the last day he showed us our dream house, which we went for at the end of December. Hans helped us to negotiate a very reasonable price and that is where Margriet Vervoord came in in setting up the preliminary contracts, property deeds, etc. and answered all questions that we had.
Since we will only retire in a few years, we also asked RE/MAX to rent the house for us. Again RE/MAX did the job: they found a tenant in a few weeks at a very good rent.
All we can say is: thank you Hans and Margriet for doing an excellent job; we would definitely recommend RE/MAX when you are looking for property at Curaçao!
