The villa is solidly built and consists of two floors. Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by the generous garden where the pool is also located. Several seating areas have been created outside, including a lounge corner where you can enjoy a drink or dinner with family and friends in peace.

From the main entrance, you have direct access to the spacious living and dining room. The high ceiling in this area enhances the open atmosphere, and the French doors allow a pleasant breeze throughout the day.

The open space also includes a modern kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. Next to the kitchen is a pantry with ample storage and connections for a washing machine and dryer.
