The living area is very spacious and features two sliding doors leading outside to a large, covered terrace with beautiful views of the tropical garden and the sea. From the living room, you can take the stairs upstairs to the mezzanine, an ideal spot for a home office or workspace. This upper level also includes a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Back on the main floor, you’ll find the generous master suite with en-suite bathroom. The smallest bedroom also has its own bathroom and access to a private balcony.

There is a separate storage closet in the hallway with enough space for a washing machine/dryer. All rooms are pre-wired for television, telephone, and internet. There are plenty of power outlets for 220V appliances. All windows and doors are made of durable, low-maintenance synthetic material, manufactured in Germany, and feature a convenient tilt-and-turn system. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners which, combined with the insulated walls, can reduce electricity consumption for cooling by up to 30%.

Residents of Residence Le Bleu can make use of the shared swimming pool with palapa and artificial grass, and they receive a Blue Bay beach pass granting access to the beach club. Each apartment also has two private parking spaces.
