An apartment on the ground floor offers you 170 m2 of living space. From this apartment you have a beautiful view over a large part of the island.
You enter the house from the side. Through a spacious entrance you enter the spacious and bright living room. At the rear of the living room you will find a luxurious semi-open kitchen with a side by side fridge-freezer, combi microwave / oven and dishwasher. A glass harmonica sliding door leads to a large, covered terrace from which you have a beautiful view over the resort and the island. The living room and the porch become one large living space by opening the front completely.
This luxury home offers a full master suite with a spacious bedroom and en-suite bathroom. From this bedroom you have access to the porch through sliding doors. The two guest bedrooms share the second communal bathroom.
There is a separate storage cupboard in the hall with ample space for a washer/dryer. All rooms are pre-wired for television, telephone and internet. There are more than enough sockets for 220 volt equipment. All windows and doors made of durable and low-maintenance plastic are manufactured in Germany, the windows have a handy turn-tilt functionality. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which, together with the wall insulation, can save up to 30% on the consumption of electricity for cooling the house.
Residents of Residence Le Bleu can use the communal swimming pool with palapa and artificial grass and also receive a Blue Bay beach pass that provides access to the beach club. Finally, residents have access to two parking spaces per apartment.
