After a day of sailing on the Spanish Water with friends, the large bar with TV is a great place to get together or watch a sports match.

Renovation: floors, bathrooms and solar panels

During the complete renovation of the house from 2020, no detail was overlooked. The entire house has new floors (inside and outside). There are new air conditioning units and completely new bathrooms. Outside, a swimming pool with sun terrace and shower has been constructed and solar panels have recently been installed to further reduce energy costs.

Surroundings

Just a short walk from the villa you will find the Seru Boca Marina where boat docks are available. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to one of the most famous golf courses in the Caribbean, the Old Quarry Golf Course.

This villa is located right on the 7th hole, so you can perfect your swing just steps from home. Furthermore, there is the beautiful private beach of Santa Barbara, which is located right next to the Sandals Resort on the Spanish Water.
