Villa 1 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 guest toilet)

Once you enter the villa, the stairs lead you from the entrance to the living room. The house is built against a hill, so that the entrance of the house can be reached via a staircase. At the back of the house you can walk straight into the backyard on the ground floor.
The dining room and the sitting area with television are located on the veranda and are partly "outside". There is also a guest toilet here.
The pool deck and the breathtaking swimming pool are adjacent to this porch.

Through a double sliding door you enter the kitchen with cooking island, bar stools and a separate American fridge with ice dispenser.
To the left of the kitchen is the spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (toilet, sink and rain shower) and large wardrobe.
This room has air conditioning, but experience shows that guests feel more comfortable opening all shutters (with mosquito nets!) and turning on the ceiling fan. Since the house is wonderfully breezy, this is often sufficient and wonderfully fresh.

To the right of the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and extra refrigerator, behind the kitchen is the staircase to the second floor where there are two more bedrooms. These bedrooms also have air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The bedrooms share a bathroom (sink and rain shower) and a separate toilet on the same floor.
Both rooms have access to the roof terrace with a lounge sofa and a beautiful view over the Spanish Water and Table Mountain.

Villa 2 (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 outdoor bathroom 1 guest toilet)

The villa has two floors. There are three luxurious bedrooms on the top floor. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box springs (160 * 200cm) and are equipped with air conditioning, a luxurious rain shower, sink and toilet. In addition, all bedrooms have access to a sun terrace with lounge area through a sliding door. The master bedroom has a large private terrace with bath and beautiful views of Table Mountain and the Spanish water. There is also an Illy coffee machine in the bedroom. The fourth luxury bedroom is located on the ground floor (also equipped with a rain shower, sink, toilet, air conditioning and box spring) and is directly adjacent to the spacious pool deck. There is also a playroom/children's room with a television and Xbox. This room has a bunk bed (2x 90*200cm). Furthermore, the entire villa is powered by solar panels.

On the ground floor there is a separate coffee corner with a luxurious Illy coffee machine. In addition, there is a guest toilet and a storage room with a washing machine.

The large luxurious open kitchen and living room are adjacent to the spacious porch with dining table. The spacious pool deck with swimming pool (5*8m), sunbeds and a large lounge sofa next to the porch.

From the pool deck you walk via a small staircase to the private beach with palm trees, playground, rock garden, beach cabana with three adjustable beds and a large palapa with a large dining table.

In the spacious front garden there is an area where enthusiastic golfers can practice putting on the green.

There are also 2 apartments with 1 bedroom and a studio. All are tastefully decorated and equipped with all comforts.

Brakkeput Curacao

You will find the district Brakkeput enclosed between the well known luxurious residential areas Jan Sofat and Jan Thiel. On the location where plantation Brakkeput Abou used to be a very nice residential area, with mainly detached villa’s, has been built in recent years.
