The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom. The bathroom features a jet tub, separate shower and double sink. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom, and the 3rd bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with separate entrance by the fourth bedroom. All bedrooms have a closet space and air-conditioning units.

The living room features a coffered ceiling with additional lighting. The remodeled kitchen comes with a cooking island and lit cabinets.
