The living room of the villa is connected to a large covered terrace which is located at the back of the house. The open L-shaped kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances and offers a view of the terrace and the sea through the large windows. There is also a storage room/kitchen.

The high ceiling in the living room and kitchen gives a spacious feeling and ensures a lot of wind and light.
