On a beautifully situated plot of 42,000 m2, there is a private resort consisting of a large mansion, a horse ranch with 12 stables, and 2 large villas, each with its own pool, and 4 smaller houses. These houses are perfect as an investment, because the houses can be rented out for holidays as well as for long term! The resort is accessible via an electric gate and is completely fenced.
The mansion (345 m2) has a beautiful view over the resort and the Caribbean Sea behind it.
There is a large living-dining room with open kitchen and a spacious separate TV corner. Several patio doors give access to the terraces at the front and back of the house.
The covered terrace at the front overlooks the resort and the sea, the terrace at the back has a fountain and a view to a beautiful mountain side.
The house has 2 large bedrooms downstairs, each with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor, there is a spacious utility room and a guest toilet.
Upstairs another 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
On one side of the country house, there is a large, modern gym with Life fit equipment, next to it a technical room, an outdoor toilet and outdoor shower, a spacious 'overflow' swimming pool, and a 6-person Jacuzzi on the luxurious sun terrace with a view over the sea.
On the other side of the country house, a spacious carport for 2 cars with storage has been built. Guest parking spaces are also located here.
For the purpose of the country house, 40 solar panels have been installed on the roof of the stables.
At the entrance of the resort are 2 identical modern villas, each with a large living room with semi-open kitchen (including built-in appliances) and patio doors to the large covered terrace.
In the middle part of the house, there is also a scullery/office and a separate guest toilet.
In a separate wing, there are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with patio doors, all with air conditioning, and 2 modern, spacious bathrooms.
Both houses have a lovely wind-oriented garden and each has its own swimming pool and a detached garage next to the driveway at the front.
Then there are 2 smaller houses (90m2) with an open layout.
Downstairs is a bright living room with sliding doors to the covered terrace and an open kitchen.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and there is a bright, modern en-suite bathroom.
A staircase leads to the second bedroom, which is also equipped with air conditioning.
In the garden is a separate storage room with connection for a washing machine.
These homes are fully furnished and therefore also equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave/oven, etc.
In the apartment building next to the horse ranch there are 2 modern apartments. Each has a bright living room with open kitchen and sliding doors to the covered terrace. There is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. These houses are also fully furnished, but do not have a dishwasher or microwave/oven.
The horse ranch has 12 stables, each with its own outdoor arena so that the horse can walk in and out freely.
There is a separate tack room, a canteen with covered terrace. Here is also a kitchen, shower room, and toilet. The also present feeding room completes the picture.
For the horses, there is a large arena, an electric horse walker and a lunge arena, 2 horse showers, and a covered cleaning area. In addition to the roadways at the resort itself, there are also walking paths that can be used for horses.
The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, close to the famous white beaches of Banda Bou, and yet only a 15-minute drive from Hato Airport and Sambil Shopping Center in Piscadera.
In the immediate area just outside the resort, you will find beautiful hiking trails and bridleways to the sea. Ideal for trips with tourists.
The resort is completely fenced and has an electric gate on the street side that can be operated remotely and with a code at the gate. There is a generator for all properties and the paths/roads on the resort are lit at night.
There is a specially installed water tank of 200 cubic meters with deepwell and a drip system for planting around the equestrian center and homes.

Banda Abou Curacao
Curaçao is divided into 2 areas by the locals, Banda Ariba and Banda Abou. The first means “up side” and the second “lower side” indicating which side of the island they’re located at. Banda Abou is on the western side of Curaçao.
Most of Curaçao’s population lives in Banda Ariba (east side), Banda Abou is less populated and also boasts the best and most beautiful beaches in Curaçao. Banda Abou is filled with small white sandy picturesque beaches with turquoise see through water. Some beaches are frequently visited. Other beaches are more secluded and you may well have the beach to yourself the entire day!
Banda Abou is also great for snorkeling; a great variety of fish and colors can be seen snorkeling along the cliffs in Banda Abou.
The Christoffel National Park is located at the western most part of the island and not far from the Christoffelpark is Boca Tabla, where you can see the high waves clash against the north side of the island creating underwater caves.
Even though there is a supermarket and a gas station, most people go to Willemstad for their weekly grocery supplies.
Banda Abou is the best place to live if you enjoy nature, peace and quiet.
