In earlier days the complex was in use as a warehouse and consisted of one large open space (storage) and a separate toilet / washroom. The current owner redesigned the space transforming it into two identical apartments. The apartments each consist of a spacious living room, basic kitchen and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

But you are free to use your imagination in creating something completely different. It is possible to transform the space into a hotel, office space of apartments.

A building permit to create six apartments and built two extra floors has been requested and the permit has been given.

The main entrance consists of two twined iron doors. The floor is fully covered with ceramic tiles. Electricity, telephone connection and water supply are present as well as multiple air conditioning units. Ample parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

Punda, "the point" is the oldest part of Willemstad and a unique mixture of Caribbean and Dutch influences. Centuries of Dutch rule, trade and commerce come alive when you pass through the streets of Punda.
The heart of the town is formed by broad shopping streets, a few town squares and a great number of small narrow streets. The pastel colors and colonial buildings will give you the true tropical feeling you won't find anywhere else. Therefore in 1997 the United Nations Organization decided to place great parts of the center of Willemstad on the Unesco World Heritage list.
