At the beginning of the corridor there is a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. A second bathroom is directly accessible from the hallway. Opposite is the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Finally there is a storage room with washing machine.

In both the bedrooms and the living room there are economical inverter air conditioners installed. The entire apartment has a beautiful tiled floor with wood structure which creates a wonderful homely atmosphere. All apartments have only 220v outlets. The apartment is stylishly furnished and ready to move in.

Finally much care has been taken on the outside of the apartments too. A sleek and modern design creates a timeless character. The garden is landscaped with tropical plants and in the middle there is a beautiful pool. A lovely place to relax. There is ample parking space on both sides of the complex.
