The home
The main room has an open character and consists of the living room and kitchen. The light colours, high ceiling and sliding doors that can be opened completely make the space even more spacious.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, combination oven / microwave and a double-door fridge / freezer combination refrigerator. The master bedroom is located on the right side of the house. This is spacious with fitted wardrobes. An adjoining bathroom has a sink with double washbasin made of natural stone, a walk-in shower and a toilet.

On the same side of the house is bedroom number 2, which also has fitted wardrobes and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with natural stone sink. On the left side of the house there are 2 more bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and a shared (Jack & Jill) bathroom. All bedrooms have custom-made high-quality hardwood windows. Opening shutter windows in combination with mosquito nets and stained glass windows on the inside. Perfect to open everything without mosquitoes or to sleep in the air conditioning.

The spacious covered terrace offers space for a sitting/dining and lounge area and has spectacular views of the infinity pool, golf course and the Caribbean Sea. From the tropical palapa you can enjoy the setting sun and passing cruise ships daily.

Apartment
To the left of the terrace is the staircase leading to the fully equipped, 2 bedroom apartment. The living/dining room has patio doors to a private terrace overlooking the golf course and the Caribbean Sea.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, combination oven / microwave and a fridge / freezer combination refrigerator.
