Puerto Oasis is a unique complex with 366 units consisting of studios, jr. suites and Presidential Suites. The atmosphere that Puerto Oasis radiates is one of luxury, comfort, wellness and tranquility, where the element of water provides for sensory relaxation and rejuvenation. The units are to be sold to vacationers and investors who as co-owners of the hotel, can participate in a rental pool system and enjoy the convenience of luxury hotel services.

Development Timeline
The area has been fully cleared. The total construction time of infrastructure and buildings is expected to be 24 months.
Construction will start end of October 2009.
