Indigo Garden is a beautiful resort situated right next to hole no. 2 of the 19-holes championship golf course of Blue Bay Resort. In this resort 89 modern villas will be built, each with their own unique view on the golf course, the landscaped garden or one of the swimming pools.
From your villa or apartment you can go for a stroll in the communal garden which will be designed with great eye for details. Parking lot right next to the resort. Buyers can choose from 4 different home models, each with a unique design from a well known local architect.
Four models to choose from
Buyers can choose from 4 different types of homes. Each has ample iving space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious living area with open kitchen and large wooden shutter doors that open up completely. The living area thus feels like being outside and offers beautiful views. Each villa and apartment also has a large storageroom.
In phase 1 of the project model A and C will be constructed. Phase 2 is for models B and D.
Rental pool organization
The
Indigo Garden has its own professional rental pool organization managed by Blue Bay Resort. Each villa that has been sold will automatically participate in this hotel reservation system.
The rental pool will run for at least 10 years and during this time owners can enjoy their own villa for free for 6 weeks each year, including use of the Blue Bay beach, the swimming pools, the gym and tennis courts.
The rental income will be divided between Blue Bay and the villa owner where Blue Bay will pay for all costs of management, promotion, maintenance, inventory and usage of water and electricity. As a bonus each buyer will receive a free membership of the 18-holes golf course.
