Puerto Oasis is a unique complex consisting of studios, jr. suites, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites. Rental Package
The hotel units will be rented out through a five star hotel chain. The hotel management will take care of the rental and the maintenance of your unit for you, allowing you to enjoy a generous source of income.

Development Timeline
The area has been fully cleared now, please see the video below. The total construction time of infrastructure and buildings is expected to be 24 months.
Groundwork starts the end of january 2010, and construction start medio july 2010.
