Securely positioned, Blue Emerald consists of three separate buildings with a total of 23 apartments and one amazing penthouse. Names of the three apartment buildings: Bista(view), Bunitesa (beauty) and Brisa (wind).
Each building has four floors including the ground floor. Every floor has only two apartments. The living area is spacious and the bedrooms are of generous size. We only have 1 three bedroom apartments for sale. Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom. Every apartment has a storage room and its own parking space.
Living rooms and porch: The living rooms all have folding doors to the porch which offers breathtaking views on the Caribbean Sea. The large windows all around, the so-called Bay windows, allow for optimal enjoyment of the fantastic view.
Kitchen: All apartments have open en very spacious, luxurious kitchens which are fully equipped with all required appliances. You can also prepare your food outside on the porch; there is plenty of room for an outside kitchen or BBQ.
Swimming pool:Blue Emerald has its own pool with comfortable chairs on the sundeck. The buildings are surrounded by a tropical communal garden.
