Puerto Oasis is a unique complex with 366 units consisting of 2 or 3 bedroom pent houses, 1 or 2 bedrooms apartments, studios, jr. suites and Presidential Suites. The atmosphere that Puerto Oasis radiates is one of luxury, comfort, wellness and tranquility, where the element of water provides for sensory relaxation and rejuvenation. Most units will participate in a so called rental pool, generating income for the owner. We are currently able to offer a limited number of 1 bedroom apartments, and penthouses that allow for permanent use.

Development Timeline
The building area has just been cleared, please see the video below. The total construction time of infrastructure and buildings is expected to be approximately 24 months.
